FOOD FOR YOUR BODY & SOUL This unique program allows seniors the opportunity to share their life experiences and learn about health and various exercises in a warm social atmosphere. Brunch is served.		MOTHERS & DAUGHTERS Finally a program where mothers & daughters can spend quality time together. The monthly program consists of a class and a fun activity.
